How long must I wait

<p>Recently purchased a bed set and headboard from Rochester Woodmead and even though we were told it would take 2 weeks to deliver we reluctantly agreed as we felt it was a good deal and only required the bed in 2 weeks time. Thankfully the bed arrived in time however we are into the third week already and still waiting for the headboard. upon following up we were told it will be sent next week nd is a supplier issue.</p> <p> </p> <p>4 weeks to deliver a headboard after taking full payment on the day of purchase is ridiculous! - if Rochester has supply chain issues with the Supplier then perhaps a new supplier should be sought or a plan made which does not come at the expense of the customer.</p> <p> </p> <p>Also it seems Rochester does not care to follow up on any customer feedback on their website directly as i sent them a mail a few days ago..- maybe now i will receive a response?</p> <p> </p> <p>not impressed and will be very hesitant to deal with them again regardless of any deal!</p>
