Horror at Rochester

Rochester Kempton park has the worst service ever ... we went and app**** for credit on a Sunday the 25th of November no one bothered to check how far our application was we had to pester them calling them to find out .On Wednesday the 28th our deal was approved it was another drag different people would give different feedback "when I called to find out" ...to cut the long horror short after numerous struggles they deliver the wrong couch, not the one I chose... we call them again to arrange a swap they promise to call with feedback ... even today I'm stuck with a couch that doesn't match my decor. Rochester festival mall is a mess it needs better management.
