Horrific experience with Rochester Online

The service of Rochester Online Furniture is appauling or rather non existent. I ordered 2 occational chairs 15/8 and paid the R9k with my bank credit card. From there chaos. Then a sms saying they delivering, then after emails and calls I got ticket numbers, promises of being phoned, another sms for delivery that did not happen. I eventually asked for cancellation today. Pathetic service. According to other reviewers you wait indefinately for your refund. Im close to tears. Contacting The Devi Show to expose them
