Horrible service -Wish i have never bought my sofa there.

Wish I have never bought my sofa's there pathetic shop ever. I have bought my sofas cash last year March and the cushions were starting to sag and they fetch them for repairs last month on the 08/09/2020 until today I have not received them back and it is almost a month now. I have been in contact with the shop almost everyday (Park Meadows) but no one is able to give me a straight answer including Hendry Duplooy (Manager) instead he gave me a warehouse number where they hardly answers also log a complain with the head office twice but still no one knows about my cushions. My family is suffering everyday because we have to take our meals sitting on the floor. I would never ever recommend Rochester Furniture's to anyone in future, very disappointed and disgusted!!!!!!
