Horrible service From Rochester stuff Kolonade

<p>I bought benches at the store and they were completely wrong and I requested refund a week ago 2017/02/28. I signed all the refund forms. And I was told the refund will reflect in a week. Today 2017/03/08 I called the store to enquirer about my refund. I was told that the Lady who was helping me Desiree Jacobs did not submit the refund forms. She did not even make an effort to call me n update me. She's not even in the office to account. She threw the papers in the bin the second I turned around and left the stores.</p>
