Horrible service and am loosing money

I bought a Defy fridge in December and it was delivered in 4 January 2025. Same day the fridge started making noise, I called on the same day spoken the manager and called customer service. I made several contacts with them even head office to no help the fridge is still at my and the manger and the regional manger I insist I bring the fridge myself. They still taking money from account and refuse to refund and called the fridge. I've never used its blocking my house. This is Rochester Festival mall.
