Horrible service and *******

Bought a lounge suite and ordered a extra piece. They contacted me continuously before my payment. Then once paid i had a very difficult delivery and driver had a overnight parkoff with my suite. Then got told if I didn't respond they would drive away. Now I'm struggling since August and it's November an no luck to get me extra piece and they still have my R7000 but no extra piece. Now I got blocked by sales lady as I said they give terrible service. Manager never returns our calls and they just don't care even though they have my money but no lounge seater. I have so much more to say about my service but its seems like a waste. Terrible terrible service. Definitely will never buy anything by them. They shouldn't sell furniture as they just legal *******.
