Horrible Service

Had terrible experience with Rochester Factory Outlet Southgate.

So I had a lay-by then decided to cancel since me and the store couldn’t agree on a better price for a different couch than what I had initially on lay-by since I told the salesman that was assisting me that I’m only lay buying the couch I chose simply because I don’t want to spend the money I was putting down, so long story short I found what I liked but the price was way over my price range, which was about 50% more, so we agreed to disagree then I decided to cancel the lay buy since I saw something almost the same at another shop and at the price that I was offering so I was told that only the salesman that initiated the sale cancel the lay-by, which I know is incorrect and that person is on leave so I’m asking myself what will happen if he decides to resign or abscond 🤷🏽♀️
