Horrible Service

I am very disappointed in the service I got from Rochester Waterfall mall in Rustenburg, I went there on the 18thDec2020 to buy a couch, I was very specific when I made that purchase that I need the couch to be delivered before Christmas as I would be hosting, the sales person promised to deliver within 3-4 working days, the last work day being Thursday, I contacted the branch and was told that the couch is no longer available and will be delivered after Christmas, I asked to speak to the manager(Jaco) who was very rude and disinterest in resolving my problem, when I asked him why he has not apologized during the whole conversation, he told me that he does not have to apologize and he even went as far as promising to cut the line. When I was on the call with complaints he called and said they found a couch available and will be delivered on friday. I Called the branch again today and was told it will be delivered around 5pm, am sitting here with no couch and still have to host my guests. If I was told the couch was not available I would havr went to another shop.
