Horrible service
Despite making arrangements for delivery on a weekend, as stated on THEIR website, i have had to wait and cancel my plans several times to get delivery. I am STILL waiting for delivery even after being told that that they would make arrangements for me to get my delivery on a day where I made cancelled my plans and had to to wait into the night for my order. It is currently 19h40 and I again had to forgo other plans and cannot go to bed because the delivery guy is in Belfast on the way to Pullens Hope, that's at least 1h30 minutes then to Middelburg, another 1h30 minutes. So I am to wait at least 3-4 hours to let strange men into my house in the middle of the night as a single mom with small children. How does this make any sense?

It is weeks after, I still have not received my refund. They keep on apologizing for processes that have nothing to do with me. I have not even seen the item I initially purchased. They refuse to answer calls of give me an answer pertaining my refund, almost a month later. I am sick of having to beg for my money! I am a single mother that could have used the money for school supplies for my kids! They are horrible people. I will have to update and keep on spamming them for as long as I don't have my money.
