Horrible service

My bad experience I would take it as an racial issue, can't experience such horrible service at Rochester Store at Canal Walk Mall. My wife and I went to the shop and purchased headboard on the 29th June 2023 and it was delivered on the 1st July 2023 and we sent it back because it was a wrong color we also phoned the store manager who told us something that doesn't make business sense where by he said the color was not wrong it because of the lights in store the we ask why we can choose brown color but u deliver red one and you told us it because of the store light instead of having something that reflects on customers need. He told tha we must come again in shop so that we can a look again and they will also taki outside which is so stupid idea.. i went to the shop with the picture that we took of the wrong one and the saleman confirmed that definitely the warehouse delivered a wrong color. I was told that they gonna deliver the wright color which they faild to deliver and I called the store and their respond was that they don't have the one that was in store as a sample which I chose that why they couldn't deliver. I told them they must deliver the sample which we both agrre and the manager also wanted to compensate me with 2 headboard spray which was supposed to be delivered on the 7th July I had a whatsaap conversation with my saleman on morning confirming that it gonna come till afternoon I whatsaap him asking surely are they coming which indeed he said yes. as result I couldn't go anywhere because of them, guess what they didn't deliver at all.. just before 6pm my saleman called then when I heard the word say his apologizing then i drop the call .They still got my hard earned money without deliver their service and I paid R3800
