Horrible service

I will never purchase anything from Rochester again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. I purchased a dining room suite from them 2 weeks ago. The item was delivered twice, both times it was damaged so I had to return it. This weekend was the item was scheduled for delivery a 3rd time. I waited all afternoon on saturday, the item was only delivered at 9:30pm! It was too late to assemble it, so the delivery men said they will return on sunday morning at 9:30am to deliver it. It is 11am and I am still awaiting their arrival.
