Horrible service

Its been more than 2 months since I bought my Amy bedroom set. The base was damaged with delivery, I then contacted Donovan (Manager of branch) he promised i would have a new one end nov, that did not happen. Next it was 15 Dec... Also didnt even notify me its not going to happen. I have left 3 messages at the branch and 2 on his mobile, he does not phone me back. Phoned the branch to ask for Marius's mobile number and the lady put the phone down in my ear. I then phoned head office. Head Office then got Marius to phone me, he was full of promises. He said someone will phone me on the 11th of Jan 2016 to arrange delivery asap. No one did!!!! It seems as if you cant trust anyone's word at Rochester not even a regional manager<br> <br> <br> <br>
