HORRIBLE QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I bought a couch in January 2023, in February 2023 the recliner broke. I called them and requested it be repaired in which they fetched the couch and "repaired" it. When they brought the couch back it was even more broken than before. The delivery man advised that we should log the complaint after he leaves, I logged the complaint immediately and requested they replace the couch. They never got back to me. In April I called and they advised that they waiting for Clearwater (where I bought the couch) to get back to them. I called Clearwater they said they will provide me with feedback. In May I went to the branch and they advised that on that Saturday no manager was in so she will call me on Monday, and I never got the call. I called them towards the end of May and advised I wanted the new couch the manager Mavis promised me it would be delivered by that Friday then made another person phone me to tell me they couldn't deliver it. Now I am sitting with a R60 000 couch that is broken and NO ONE from Rochester is bothering to call me back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
