Horrible experience!

I've purchased a sectional suite from them and paid around R20 000 on sale for a section couch. Within a month, the couch started getting super worn out (bare in mind, my toddler who is only 9kgs and myself use it (I am 52kgs). I've reported the issue within 2 months of purchase and to date, no one had collected the couch for an immediate refund. They wanted to collect the couch to assess it which meant I would have been without a couch to date as their customer services is pathetic. I've had to phone and follow up on claims over 6 times (excluding emails) yet to date, no one had called me back when asking them to pick up the couch and refund me immediately. I'll never purchase a couch from them again! Not even a Chinese made couch had given issues like this
