Horrible E-Commerce experience.

A horrible experience with the retailer. Their e-commerce platform shows stock that is sold-out an only 3 weeks after payment, do they come forward and tell me that the item is sold out and they do not know what their supplier ETA is. I asked for a refund and no one has responded regarding that. I have called and none of their lines are picked. I suspect they are a **** of a furniture shop.
