Horrible delivery

I purchased my 3 piece couch yesterday, on which they asked me to keep a look out for a phonecall to organise delivery, once i missed that call there was no way to call them back and the shop could not help me get hold of them again for them to simply call back again. The next day i still received no call and after asking the shop they said they have emailed the Capetown branch to call me back again. This is unacceptable that delivery has to be so unorganised just for a missed call. If someone could give assist in getting anyone to call me back and confirm delivery. On a side note, the sales guys were great and i would give them a 5 star rating.
