Horrible customer service at Rochester

Charles from Rochester sold me 2 pedestals in February, delivered 1 and to this day am still waiting for the other. After constantly calling and him promising to call me but never doing so, I sent an email to head office on Friday 24 Jul. He got back to me, with empty promises yet again. 30 July, Charles still hasn't delivered my pedestal. I like Rochester furniture but I'm beyond disappointed right now.
