Horrible company all around.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with company. I ordered a dining room set which was scheduled for delivery. When it arrived it was the wrong set. They took it back and told me they could bring the correct set on the weekend. I then phoned them to confirm, and was told by two different associates that it would be delivered on sunday. On Saturday I received 13 missed calls from a delivery man claiming he can only deliver today as he does not want to work Sunday. I explained that I am not home and it will have to be sunday. He then ignored me. I phoned once again to complain, and they assured me it will be delivered on Thursday after hours again as that is the only time I am home. I instead got an sms on Wednesday telling me it will be delivered that day. The struggle seems never ending, nobody provides reliable information, and my items remain undelivered.
