Horrible and unreliable service

I have had the worst experience with Rochester. I ordered a couch on the 18th of December 2020. It was meant to take 5-21 working days to be delivered. It is now the 10th February 2021. Still no couch and no communication from them. When I contact them they always say next week. I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase from there.
