********** service from Rochester Online

Rochester Online promised to deliver my product 3-7 business days after placing my order. By Business day 9, my order had still not arrived. When I called to enquire about what the hold up was, the agent told me the product was out of stock. When I asked him why I wasn't told that the product was out of stock when I was making my payment, his answer was "I don't know". It has now been 14 Business days and I still don't have my order. I can barely get hold of them now too because calling into their call center results in being put on hold for 20+ minutes. Terrible service!!
