They don't even deserve half a star, just reading from the other reviews it depresses me that I had not checked their rating at first otherwise I would have known they are the biggest of ****s! I have been screaming and fighting with them since the purchase of my couches which took more than 3months to be delivered. Not even a year later the bad quality material has ripped which at first I was advised they would repair at no cost since it was still under warranty. After another screaming match with them for another 3 months apparently they have changed their minds and the damage does not fall under warranty. and even still I have been waiting for a further 2months for them to come asses the couch for repair quotation. Don't even bother about their staff they do not know whether they are coming or going, each and every one of them that I have had to deal with at their branch in Pietermaritzburg, Midlands Liberty Mall. Hello Peter needs to add a feature for attachments so I could prove how ridiculous their service is. If you will not take my word for it, check the hundreds of their other bad reviews.
