Hole In The Couch

<p>Rochester is just making me not enjoy my life, I bought a couch cash from them and it had a hole, I told them this the following day and they've been saying they'll get back to me for a month now. The couch was very expensive, I want my money back and they can take their couch . I'm feeling very frustrated now</p>
