Hole In A Couch

<p>I received a call yesterday from Rochester asking what time they should come and collect my couch and asked them if they're coming with a new one and they said no. I told them that that's the only Couch I have, where will I sit, it's better they come with a new one and carry this old as that's the only Couch I have. They said they would call me back and I never received a call. I'd like to know what's the conclusion to this issue as it's been over a month now since they've been telling me that they'll give me a feedback soon.</p>
