Hefty price for damaged goods !

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ROCHESTER !

I purchased a Layla bedroom suite from Rochester, the service at the Boksburg branch was excellent, they problem comes with the delivery and the after sale service ! Upon delivery, the headboard was damaged on numerous places and it was not delivered with the *****s so that they can install it, I did not accept the headboard and was told another would be delivered.

A week later another headboard was delivered on a Sunday, to my surprise it was delivered once again with no *****s for installation, even though this was mentioned to them many times before the second delivery ! They delivered the *****s on Monday and installed the headboard, only to see that the headboard had been damaged on the top while delivering ! I was contacted by Lebo from the warehouse stating that they would replace it once again. They delivered around 2 days later, but another damaged headboard which was sent back by my wife, to top it off the driver had a bad attitude !

Since the last delivery on the 19/12/2017 I have not been contacted at all by Rochester or the warehouse !
