Have been waiting for Rochester to attend to my query since April!

I bought sofas cash in January 2020,and by late February I realised that the quality of the sofa's dont match the price I had to pay when we sit on the sofa's they make a squeaky noise that an old sofa makes and the material is slowly getting worn out.i have tried numerous times since April to get in touch ,but all I get from SaadiGha is that they will get back to me.i have tried to get in touch o Instagram they always refer me to Saadigha but I have been unhappy since April and we are now in October and still not change!!its very uncomfortable sitting on the sofas as it feels like we sitting on a cardboard, we prefer sitting on the floor as if we dont have sofa's that were fully paid
