Grafton Everest

We purchased a leather lounge suite last year from Rochesters/Grafton Everest The 3 seater had to be replaced 4 times, due to the inside filling/support that is inferior quality. We now sit with the same situation and have sent numerous requests for a advisor to come & inspect the unit as well as asses the furniture. This is not the quality we paid for.
