Good products - utterly poor customer service!

Very, very disappointed by your customer service! Your sales agents in the stores don't return calls and don't seem to care about making a sale. Your agents on the phone also can't help with any useful information even though my issue has been escalated twice. I was promised that a supervisor (Derrick) would return my call yesterday but no such luck. I have made an online order 5 days ago and nobody can give me any information when my order will arrive. One of your agents had the guts to tell me that there was no stock in Durban and that I would need to organise logistics myself to get it down from Johannesburg, as they are not prepared to send their stock to Durban! I really wonder if I will ever see the furniture I ordered... but until then I would advise you to work on your customer service as it has been utterly poor. I would advise listening to the recordings you have of my calls to see how poor the service has been.
