Genuine leather lounge set experience at Rochester.

<p>I bought an Angelo lounge set that showed bad material deterioration on one piece of the three piece set. I discovered that material used on this specific piece was not leather as opposed to the other two pieces. I returned the piece to the store for repair and finally got it back after three months that I must say was not customer friendly and to my surprise the material used for the repair is unconvincingly leather.</p> <p>I feel cheated and compromised because I expect decent quality control, this is nothing short of deliberate intent to undermine customer.</p> <p>So my advice, please make sure you confirm the “genuine leather” story if you have to consult experts, do so to avoid the frustration.</p> <p>I am still waiting for theire response, I hope they come back to me.</p>
