Furniture Repair Service/No Service/Missing Furniture

<p>Purchased a lounge suit end of October 2016 in Boksburg, the arm rest fell in a few months later. We reported it and waited nearly 3 weeks for them to fetch it for repairs. Finally it was collected on 11 March. Now nearly 3 month later and the couch has not been returned. After 6 weeks of Frustration we were promised that the couch would be returned on 27 May 2017 after 2pm... Still no couch has been returned. Went into the store today to find out more, NO HELP!!! an employee is also ignoring the stores calls (Melinda Perkins) There is absolutely no service and I still do not know where my couch is. I will NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANOTHER ITEM FROM ROCHESTER</p>
