Furniture arrives Damaged

We purchased furniture to the value of R60k and it arrived damaged. I called them and advised and they are refusing to replace despite the Consumer Protection Act. Please read up on the NCPA to protect yourselves against these type of companies. I have advised them that I will be taking this further yet they continue to promise call backs and nothing happens.
