Full Leather Couch
<p>I bought full leather couches from Rochester Furnitures at Polokwane in 2014 and within 18 months the upper layer was peeling,</p> <p>They took them for repairs around May 2016(which is three months now) and they are not yet back and when i call the furniture shop to inquire they are just lying to me.</p>

Since my complain was published Rochester contacted me and promise to make follow up but till today i have not yet received my couches. Last time when i phone them, they told me that the supplier will deliver them at their offices at Kempton park on the 14 october and i will get them the following week but nothing happened. Everytime when i call they keep on saying next week ....next week.....next week...............
i am tired about their poor service and it shows that Rochester does not care about their customers.
