Frustrating Experience with Rochester No Communication, No Delivery"

I've had a horrific experience with this company. On the 11th of this month, I placed an order with expected delivery within 2-5 days. However, I've received no communication or updates.

When I contact their WhatsApp support, I'm met with unhelpful responses; no one seems to know the status of my order. They promised to escalate my issue to the complaints department, assuring a 24-hour response. Yet, I've heard nothing.

To add insult to injury, they now claim the product is out of stock. It's appalling that they accepted my order and payment without verifying availability.
