Frustrated client

I would like to convey my sadness with the quality supply from Rochester @mall of Reds nowerdays. October 2020 I bought 2 Bentwood occasional chairs which costed me around R8000, from the very first delivery they delivered faulty chairs which I had to send back 3 times. Now with the ones that I got one broke I don’t even know how because we use the chairs occasionally. Now their supplier tells me that I must pay for the repairs because it is not a factory fault. These chairs have not even reached a year and they are already giving me issues.Even so they are telling me my chairs have scratches and stains whilst they were collected in good condition.
