Friendly, helpful and efficient. No empty promises

Firsrtly thank you to Pieter for your patience and advice in helping to choose a lounge suite, and then processing the purchase including delivery arrangements so efficiently. The delivery was done on the Wednesday (2 days) as promised. The outside Contractors who delivered the furniture, however, handled the furniture extremely carelessly and damaged the 3-seater couch. I contacted Rochester Brooklyn and was put through to Vincent, the Branch Manager, who advised me to not receive the lounge suite. He arranged for delivery the next day of another suite which was on time with continual updates along the way by the delivery staff. This time the delivery was done by Rochester employees and the difference was incredible. Thank you Israel and Khalipha for the very friendly, professional service and the care with which you delivered the lounge suite. They first checked the route into the house and lounge and the best angle to bring in the furniture. It went smoothly, where previously the contractors were shoving and pushing and clearly had no clue what they were doing. Overall an excellent experience and quick resolving of the problem by Vincent.
