Four months wait for refund

On the 20th of January, I bought a Copenhagen 3 Seater Daybed. I received the couch on the 24th of January.

On the the 4th of February, I went back to the store(Rochester Greenacres in Port Elizabeth) to lay a complaint about the sagging of the couch and plank sound on the other side of the couch. I was told to call the call centre and I was given a 9000 number to confirm my complaint has been lodged.

Ever since then I have been calling the store and the call centre timelessly. It’s been four months now that I have been waiting for them to come collect their couch and give me back my money because I want nothing to do with Rochester now.
