Fly by night furniture store

Rochester is a fly by night furniture shop disguisingbas a luxury store. The service received from this store is disappointing, unprofessional and disgusting. At the beginning of January I bought an item at thier mall of Africa store. Upon delivery, the item was damaged. I logged a complain with the store on 12 January and they said they would come exchange the item. I have been calling them every day, they are giving me a run around. The store person keeps saying the warehouse say they will come but they don't wanna commit to a date. I am so disappointed in the service. I'm stuck with a damaged item in my house. I have never seen such level of unprofessionalism ever. Do not buy from this store. You'll regret it.
