Faulty Mattress in just a few weeks

I bought a selby bad.in less than 3months the base was making noise.i tried2 call the store but it was log down times.So i called David on his cellphone to tell him about my problem ..when the store opened i went several times to lodge a complain about the bed but they kept on saying they will call me but no one ever calls.The faulty mattress is very dissapointing.and im also dissapointed with the service ive received because they will promise to call everytime.such service is very dissapointing.
