Faulty goods sold at Rochester

We bought a couch at woodmead and the couch has to undergo 3 repairs. Each time the couch is taken for 21 days a time. We requested a credit note so that we take something more reliable and durable. When I called head office with this complaint, I was assured that I would be refunded. Nothing to that effect has happened and we are now told that we must accept the faulty couch with not even a single repairs being done on the third reported issue. Really guys?!
