Faulty furniture and Horrible service

i bought a bed at Rochester in December 2022. In February 2023 i reported that the bed was making squeaky sound just by sitting on it. When i made a follow up i was given a report that there was no fault found in the bed while no one went to inspect it, and they log another call. Its now April, and after making numerous follow up, and im still told the same story that there was no fault found. I paid a lot of money for that bed to be receiving such horrible treatment from Rochester
