Faulty furniture

Bought a dinning room set when it was assembled they did not inform the old lady that they are experiencing an issue with the one leg (faulty leg). The ***** keeps coming loose and I am not getting any response from them when I resquest assistance with the unstable leg, which make it difficult for us to use the table.
