False Adverts and no Accountability!!

i bought a couch online on the Rochester website i was told that it takes 5-16 working days for the couch to arrive. i followed up with one of their team members on their website and i was told the couch would arrive on the 17th of September. i then called them on the 18th to inquire why no one has contacted me to arrange delivery only to be given a reference number which was fine. the issue now is when i call i keep getting bounced around and no clear answer as to when my couch will be arriving. i was given a reference number and keep getting promises all i get is promises yet i paid for the couch which should have been delivered already!!!
