False "advertising/selling" & Scotchguard issue (Since April)

<p>So, my patience has run out.....</p> <p>Firstly, I have phoned and spoken to someone, who will "get back to me" asap, well that never happened, neither one of the 50 times I phoned!!!</p> <p>I bought a sleeper couch for R16'000 at Rochester in April, (it's July now).</p> <p>Firstly TWO salesmen at two different stores, explicitly told me that the R16'000 couch comes with an additional mattress which makes the bed more comfortable. This was one of the very big deciding factors in buying this expensive couch. The day they came to deliver, I heard that the couch I thought I was buying with a mattress if fact, did not come with the mattress and that it's a seperate buy of R2'000.</p> <p>That set aside, I paid for the couch to be scotch guarded, it would be done before delivery. When they came to deliver the couch I decided to see if it was indeed done and tested it with a few drops of water. Seeped right through. I went to the store after phoning a couple of times without success. They apologized and said that it wasn't the first complaint they about it and I should please give them a week or two.</p> <p>Since then I've called a lot and spoken to various consultants who "WILL GET BACK TO ME" well I'm tired of waiting now</p> <p> </p>
