False advertising

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I bought a couch from Rochester Fourwasy Crossing a while ago - including Masterguard treatment. The first couch they delivered was faulty - and seemingly not treated with Masterguard, so I had it returned and organised another date for a replacement couch.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I received the second couch, it was again not treated with Masterguard (or if it was it was not working as demonstrated in store). I organised with Nishan to have it treated again. He did so on the Saturday after receiving my couch. This is what happend afterwards:</p> <p>1. Nishan treated my couch with a Masterguard kit that only has a 90 day guarantee - instead of the 3 year guarantee.</p> <p>2. I gave the treatement ample time to cure, after which I did a test to see if it will work as demonstrated in-store. It did not - water immediatly absorbs into the fabric.</p> <p>3. I emailed Nishan expressing my disappointment, and requesting a refund - as the product clearly does not work as demonstated.</p> <p>4. I have now waited more than a week and I still have not heard anything from Nishan.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am utterly disappointed by this experience. The service was fantastic up until a point where I had a valid complaint, after that I was simply ignored.</p> <p> </p>
