Failure to pay refund

I made a purchase of a bed and they informed me after payment that the bed was in fact out of stock and they would only get stock 'sometime in December'. I then requested for a refund which was said to take 7-14 working days. With all documents submitted on 25 November, no payment has not been made. I have been making follow ups with both the store and the said 'finance' department with zero direction. All the saleslady says is that 'I must not panic', such poor customer service to even remedy the situation. And to add, she is even unaware how their systems work with regards to refunds, no lack of urgency and lack of communication. This is in fact a zero star rating.
