Failure to deliver lounge suite within 6-8 weeks

On 19 June 2015 I ordered a Winchester (?) lounge suite and was told that it would take six to eight weeks to deliver the products. Having waited eight weeks I enquired on Saturday as to where my lounge suite is as I had already paid the account in full. The answer was that the manufacture would take 6 - 8 weeks where after Rochester would receive it and deliver it. Promised feedback for yesterday (Monday) did not happen. I went to Rochester again today to find out what was going on. The excuse was that they did not have telephones as yet in the new store and that they had to use their cell phones. Promised immediate feedback has not happened.
