Failure to deliver correct Mattres purchased

In January 2015, I purchased a mattress from rocheser in Parkview. Sales man assisting was Mr Riaan. Firstly before the first delivery was done, it took them 3 weeks to deliver a mattress, which was then susiquently incorrect. I did not accept delivery. I then called the store after a week of no action, only to find that delivery guys did not inform the store that delivery was not made. A 2nd deliver was scheduled Feb2015, and again this time around an incorect matress was delivered. I personaly was not at home to recieve the goods 2nd time, and my helper had to accept on my behalf. Upon retuning back from work, I discovered that, again the matress delivered was incorrect. I then call the store to indicate this, and Riaan requested email of pictures of the mattress for comparison with the demo on the floor that we purchased. He confirmed that the mattress we got was incorrect, & sinc we still had it on original plastic packaging, we must keep it in that maner, he will arrange for a swap with his head office.
