Factory Fault Couches and Poor Customer Service

I bought couches at Rochester The Grove Mall, Pretoria. Nthabi sold me the couches, the delivery guys delivered couches with factory faults and one seater was broken. When I asked on the day of delivery, they told me there’s nothing wrong with couches. This matter kept on bothering, I went back to Nthabi at the shop and I was told I was supposed to report the matter in 7 days they would’ve brought new couches, now they must be taken for assessment and repairs - how do you repair a couch you brought with a factory fault? That’s a *******!!! They came and collected the couches, I’m now without couches for 5 days and counting. Nthabi promises to provide updates and she never does, I now forced to call her because I need the couches I have paid for. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a furniture shop - I do not recommend Rochester based on this questionable service. I want new couches in good condition or they must refund me.
