Extremley disappointed

I bought Santigo table. The scres provided does not fit and there were *****s missing. I contacted Northgate store where i bought it, they moved. What is disappointing is that when i saw the table at Northgate the the table was damaged because of the *****s. The gentlemen who assembled my table also mentioned that the table in store had the same issue. Then why sell the tablento customers if you know it has defects and the *****s meant to hold it together are too small. A R10K table and i must now keep a defective table?
