Extremely sickening service

<p>We purchased a couch from Rochester Nelspruit the grove cash. It had deffects and was returned on warrenty we stayed 3 weeks without a couch only upon complaining did we get a loan couch which was always available but no one mentioned a thing about it. It is another 3 weeks and still no couch!!!!!!! No one calls to update us and we are only given feedback when we go in to the store. Is this the kind of treatment a person receives after the stor has received our money??????? This is unacceptable, the drivers drop the couch and the sales person THANDEKA expects them to give us feedbak. WE ARE TIRED OF ROCHESTER AND THIS IS THE LAST TIME WE DEAL WITH THEM!!!! WE WILL NOT BE REFRRING FRIEDNS OR FAMILY. </p>
